Background
Automation Anywhere is a leader in robotic process automation, with a current valuation of $6.8 billion. With recent funding of $500m, AA were looking to achieve accelerated growth throughout their European enterprise.
The company was established in San Jose, California and is building a global presence to enable it to secure substantial growth particularly by engaging hyper-scale global enterprises.
The Challenge
Working as part of AA in Europe, the talent.ai team took responsibility to hire an overall EMEA leader followed by a country leadership team responsible for onboarding Sales, Marketing and Technical professionals capable of delivering revenue acceleration in UK, France, Netherlands and Germany.
talent.ai were challenged to identify executives capable of identifying customer need, solve problems, close deals and become trusted ambassadors of AA in a fast growth marketplace.
How we did it
Hiring great leaders capable of in-turn attracting and engaging great team members was a fundamental part of our successful engagement with AA.
Working directly with a talent.ai embedded Talent Success Manager Automation Anywhere were able to evolve their hiring strategies in order to minimise their time to market as well as speeding up their growth trajectory based on the improved rate of onboarding top talent.

- Expanded the borders of Automation Anywhere’s operation from North America to Europe engaging talent in over 5 different locations simultaneously
