Refund and cancellation policy

At a glance

• Cancel within 14 days of subscribing and we refund everything you have paid.
• After 14 days, your subscription runs to the end of its 6-month initial term.
• After the initial term, it continues month to month, and you can cancel at any time.
• Fees for a month that has started are not refunded, except as set out below.

The 14-day cancellation window

You may cancel within 14 days of the day you subscribe, for any reason. We will refund every payment you have made, in full, and your access will end when we confirm the cancellation.

During the 6-month initial term

After the 14-day window, your subscription runs for the rest of the 6-month initial term that began when you subscribed. Monthly fees in this term are not refundable. If you ask to cancel during it, your subscription will end, and stop renewing, at the end of the initial term, and you keep your access until then.

After the initial term

Your subscription continues month to month. You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not refund part of a month.

How to cancel

Email support@talent.ai from the address on your account, with your organisation’s name. We will confirm your cancellation, and the date it takes effect, within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe, within 5 business days of our confirming them. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.

Charges made in error

If you are charged twice, charged the wrong amount or charged after a cancellation has taken effect, email support@talent.ai. We will refund the charge in full.

If we cannot deliver

If we are unable to build or provide your Talent Ecosystem, we will refund the fees for any period in which you could not use it.

Enterprise agreements

Organisation-wide and Enterprise services are cancelled and refunded on the terms of their own written agreement.
