Privacy policy

Last updated 28 October 2026

This policy explains how Iperium Ltd (“Iperium”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data in connection with talent.ai — our website, our forms and our talent intelligence service. Iperium is the controller of the personal data described here.

If you have a question about this policy or your data, email support@talent.ai or write to Iperium Ltd, 5 Merchant Square, London W2 1AY.

Information you give us

  • Talent Ecosystem request, on our pricing page: your name, company, work email address, the role description file you upload, and the Talent Ecosystem you chose, if any.
  • Booking a call, on our contact page or after a Talent Ecosystem request: Calendly collects your name, email address and the details of the booking for us.
  • Customers: the details needed to run your account and subscription. Payments are taken by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Professionals in our talent intelligence

talent.ai maps the professionals relevant to our customers’ critical roles. For these people we hold professional information — such as name, current and previous roles and employers, location, languages and professional experience — drawn from Iperium’s executive search research and from publicly available professional sources.

We use it to provide talent intelligence to our customers, which we do on the basis of our and their legitimate interests in understanding the talent market and finding relevant people. Individuals are never shown on our public website.

If you think we hold information about you, you can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, object to our using it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@talent.ai.

How we use personal data, and why

  • To answer enquiries and arrange calls: our legitimate interest in responding to you, or steps you have asked us to take before entering a contract.
  • To provide talent.ai and manage subscriptions, including billing: to perform our contract with your organisation.
  • To keep financial and tax records: to meet our legal obligations.
  • To keep our website and service secure and working: our legitimate interests.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on anyone.

Who we share it with

We use these service providers, each bound to handle personal data only on our instructions:

  • Vercel, which hosts our website
  • Supabase, which stores form submissions and uploaded files, in London
  • Calendly, which schedules calls with us
  • Stripe, which processes payments
  • Resend, which sends our team notification emails

We may also share personal data with our professional advisers, and with authorities where the law requires it.

International transfers

Form submissions and files are stored in the UK. Some of our service providers, including Vercel, Calendly, Stripe and Resend, may process data in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, standard contractual clauses or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and Talent Ecosystem requests, including role description files: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer.
  • Customer and billing records: for the length of the subscription, and then for 6 years, as UK tax law requires.
  • Information about professionals in talent.ai: for as long as it is relevant and accurate. We review it regularly, and delete it sooner if you ask us to.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email support@talent.ai. We will reply within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, at ico.org.uk, although we would welcome the chance to put things right first.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and access to it is limited to the people who need it. Our website can add form submissions and files to our database, but it cannot read them back.

Cookies

Our use of cookies is described in our cookie policy.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when how we handle personal data changes, and change the date at the top when we do.
